1. About these terms
These terms apply when you create a Salonava partner account and list a salon. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Who can list
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the salon.
- The salon must operate lawfully in India and hold the licences its work requires.
- You may hold one partner account per person; staff get their own access through your account.
3. Verification
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may ask for more information, send a listing back for changes, or decline a listing that does not meet our standards. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Your listing and content
You own the photos, logo and descriptions you upload and give Salonava permission to display them to promote your salon on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is misleading.
5. Bookings and service
You decide which bookings to accept. Once a booking is confirmed you agree to honour it at the price shown, or to reschedule or cancel with notice through the app. The service itself is provided by your salon, not by Salonava.
6. Payments and fees
Online payments collected through Salonava are settled to the bank account you provide, after any applicable platform fees and taxes. Fees and settlement timelines are agreed with you in writing before online payments are switched on for your salon.
7. Keeping your account secure
Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for actions taken by staff you give access to.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove a listing for fraud, repeated no-shows or cancellations, abuse of customers or staff, or breach of these terms.
